Product and Order Information

All items are made to order based on customer specifications. Images are shown for illustrative purposes only. Final product may vary slightly based on colour, layout or scale due to screen differences and material limitations.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring accuracy of personalisation – such as names, dates, spelling, photographs.

We reserve the right to reject orders containing:

• Offensive or defamatory content,
• Copyrighted content without permission,
• Content that breaches our ethical and legal standards.

Payment Information

All prices are in GBP (Great British Pound) and include VAT. We accept multiple different payment methods. Full payment is required before production begins. We reserve the right to change prices at any given time; however confirmed orders will not be affected.

Production and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however this can vary slightly depending on the product. We will dispatch orders via Royal Mail or Evri depending on what is chosen at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays caused by courier, weather or any external factor.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Personalised Goods:

• Non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
• Cancellations can only be accepted before production begins.

Faulty or damaged goods:

• Must be reported within 2 working days of delivery,
• We may request photographic evidence.
• If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

You, the customer, are responsible for the following when ordering:

• Ensure all personalisation details are correct,
• Ensure the delivery address is correct, and any safe spaces are provided in case the recipient isn’t at the address during delivery,
• Retain proof of delivery and packaging in case of disputes

Liabilities

We are not liable for the following:

• Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer,
• Loss or damage caused by third-party couriers,
• Indirect or consequential losses, such as missed events.

We are also not liable for delays caused by the following:

• Natural disasters
• Strikes or courier disruptions
• Power outages or equipment failure.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or a reprint

Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with all UK law regarding GDPR and will only use your data to fulfil your order. We do not share your data with third parties except for delivery purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates and content remain the property of Dandylion Designs. Customers must have the legal right to use any images, text or logos submitted. We reserve the right to reuse any anonymised versions of custom designs for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom.
